Our pricing is now all inclusive. It’s 85.00 for up to 5000 sqare feet.  If it’s above 5000 square feet please give us a call.

All orders include  our ‘iTourHD’ slide show, up to 6 High Resolution photos, and Realtor.com “featured tour” link (“Showcase” customers only) for free. You will be provided with both “Branded” and “Unbranded” links once your listing goes live in MARIS.  ”Unbranded” links are required by MARIS.

All properties are shot in their entirety for all finished areas regardless of the number of photos necessary to do this. Closets, garage, and unfinished areas that are presentable will be photographed if requested.

Realtor.com:
If you have a confirmed account with Realtor.com and are acknowledged by them as a “Showcase” customer we will link our tour to your listing for FREE

If you do not have an account with Realtor.com and are acknowledged by them as a “Non-Showcase” customer there is a $25.00 charge to link our tour to your listing. If you’re not sure chances are you are a “Non-Showcase” customer.

We do not upload photos to Realtor.com.

High Resolution Photos:
Every order comes with the option of receiving up to 6 high resolution images.  The catch? You have to ask for them! You choose them after you get the photos from the shoot.  All this is covered in our email to you once the photos are completed.

Extended Distance Fees:
If the property is out of our normal coverage area there will be an additional fee to go the extra distance to the property. This fee starts at $25.00

Cancellation Fees:
Cancellations made the day of the scheduled shoot will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee.
